Salina Art Center exhibition features work from 50 Kansas artists — and it's all for sale People looking to begin or add to an art collection have the opportunity to do so over the next two months with an exhibition and fundraiser at the Salina Art Center. As one of the only exhibits at the center to feature art for purchase, Salon 50 opened this week at the Salina Art Center featuring 50 artists, all based in Kansas, and more than 125 total works of art. Misty Serene, executive director for the Art Center, said Salon 50 is designed as a way to feature, and sell, more local art to the community of Salina.
