A recently retired long-time Salina educator is taking over the top position at the Salina Education Foundation. After a three-month retirement Kate Lindsay is back as the executive director of the foundation. According to USD 305, Lindsay retired from the position as head of theatre at Salina High School South after 35 years. But, she wasn't finished quite yet. 'I'm beyond excited to work with the educational foundation in their focus to support teachers in providing the best care and education for students at Salina Public Schools,' explained Lindsay.
