Debra Anne Stenstrom's book, "It's OK to Be Different." Image courtesy Salina Public Library By SALINA POST Author Debra Anne Stenstrom will be in the Salina Public Library on Saturday to sign her children's book, It's Okay to Be Different . The event is scheduled for 1-3 p.m. Saturday in the library, 301 W. Elm Street. Published in November of 2022, It's Okay to Be Different shares the story of a special needs puppy named Dumplin who was rescued and loved for 10 years. Crippled at birth, Dumplin's story shows how she was able to overcome obstacles and make the best out of life.
